Project Slayers 2 Stone Breathing Guide
Stone Breathing in Project Slayers 2 is a close-range style built around chained weapon swings, a stance-based slash, and a counter option that can punish incoming melee. The kit also includes a cinematic finisher, so the main practice goal is learning when each move wants a tap, a hold, or a closer angle.
Moves at a glance
| Move | What it does | Practical use |
|---|---|---|
| Volcanic Rock | Four consecutive strikes end in a knockdown. In midair, the final hit drives the target directly beneath you instead of pushing them away. 0:20 | Treat this as a grounded string by default, or use the aerial version when you want to stay stacked over the target. |
| Seismic Burst | A charged stance leads into a short spiraling dash and a heavy slash. A quick tap fires it immediately without charging. 0:30 | Use the tap when you need the action fast; use the charge when you have room to commit. |
| Upper Smash | The flail goes up, the chain stomps into the ground, and the move creates a stunning shockwave before the axe follows with an explosive launch. 0:50 | This is the clearest lift-and-send tool in the kit, so it is the move to watch when you need vertical or knockback pressure. |
| Demolishing Blow | A tap slams the flail down, then raises a rock wall that the user strikes forward. 1:00 | Use it when you want a direct forward send after the wall appears. |
| Demolishing Blow Second Function | Holding opens an M1 counter window. If it triggers, the flail grabs the attacker and slams them down. Releasing the key can also grab an opponent already in range. 1:10 | This is the move to practice if you want a defensive punish option or a close-range grab check. |
| Arcs of Justice | The user swings both weapons through a full rotation, catches a target, launches them, then ends with a downward flail impact and eruption. 1:30 | Watch where the catch begins and where the final ground impact lands. |
How to use the style well
- Practice the four hits of Volcanic Rock as one demonstrated skill. If you are airborne, its final hit changes the positioning by putting the opponent under you, which makes it worth practicing in both ground and air situations.
- For Seismic Burst, compare tapping with charging before release. Practice the aim of its short spiral and slash rather than assuming a charge changes its damage.
- Keep Upper Smash in mind as a pressure move that creates a stun-like opening and then throws the target away.
- Practice Demolishing Blow in two ways: the tap version for the wall-and-send sequence, and the held version for the M1 counter window. The video also shows that releasing the hold can directly grab a target already in range.
- Study Arcs of Justice from its rotational catch through the launch and downward slam. Its initial catch is the step to recognize before the cinematic begins.
